The 9-12 high-pressure centrifugal fan is a specialized fan that is matched with iron furnaces with melting rates of 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7t/h. It can also be used as a blower for various furnaces, forging furnaces, and conveying gases that are non corrosive, non self igniting, and do not contain viscous substances. Other similar performance can also be selected, but the temperature of the conveying medium should not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium should not exceed 150mg/m ³.

Types of 9-12 high-pressure centrifugal fans:

1) The 9-12 high-pressure centrifugal fans are all single suction. Our company's designed machine numbers for 9-12 high-pressure centrifugal fans include six machine numbers: 6.8A, 7.1A, 7.4D, 7.7A, 8D, and 9D.

2) The casing of the 9-12 type fan can be made in two types: clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation.

3). The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing. The casing of the "forward" and "reverse" fan is made at 0 degrees, 90 degrees, and 180 degrees.

Structure of 9-12 type high-pressure centrifugal fan:

The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission group, seals, a machine base, etc.

1). Impeller: The impeller is designed according to the new high-efficiency forward fan theory. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, so it runs smoothly.

2). Shell: Welded into a snail shaped shell with ordinary steel plates as a whole.

3). Air inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the front cover plate with bolts.

4). Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The spindle is made of high-quality steel and the bearing housing has an overall structure. Using rolling bearings, the rolling bearings are lubricated with grease.
